My name is Ryan, and I am the Founder and Master Herbalist of One Love Alkaline Blends. I grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, a place where herbal medicine is woven into daily life. From childhood, I learned how leaves, roots, and wild plants could heal, strengthen, and restore the body. These early teachings shaped the foundation of my life’s work.

A Journey From Illness to Healing

My deeper commitment to herbalism began with my own health struggles. At a young age, I battled arthritis and high blood pressure, conditions that disrupted my daily life. Conventional medicine offered temporary relief—but not true healing.
